2022, Assemblage
I was inspired by the extreme craftsman details of the 1830's piano legs, thus wanted to showcase them in a symmetrical piece, as a piano would be highlighted as well. The main body is a late 1800's British barometer, the hand carved legs are from an 1838 J Hulbert British piano, it also features a 1902 gramophone reproducer, 1920's art deco light sconce, 1890's pump organ valve push rods, guitar neck and other items.
