Dolciana & Clarabella
II find the delicate work on most 19th century pump organs is quite beautiful and these days, long forgotten as a once important instrument in America. 'Doliciana & Clarabella' is 95% made from the hidden inner mechanics of two 1880's Mason & Hamlin pump organs. These parts are rarely, if ever seen yet they are strikingly beautiful and exemplify and old world craftsmanship that is hard to find today. The entire back is the hidden 'sound chest' that houses these parts and allows for different sounds to be made when an organ stop is pulled out.
